Put one teaspoon of butter into a Toddy (Irish coffee) glass.
2. Add one-two teaspoons of dark sugar, 1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon and 1/16 teaspoon ground nutmeg.
3. Pour 50ml rum (usually dark or gold) and top with hot (not boiling) water.
4. Stir well until butter and sugar are dissolved.
5. Sprinkle with ground nutmeg and garnish with a cinnamon stick and lemon slice. (862) 781-0703
