. Combine 50ml quality bourbon, 25ml aged rum and 25ml aged (10 year) tawny port wine in a mixing glass with ice.

2. Add a dash of Angostura Bitters and Orange Bitters.

3. Stir well and strain into Rocks glass with ice.

4. Garnish with an orange peel.
