. Drop 3 coffee beans into rocks glass.
2. Pour 50ml sambuca into cognac glass and light it up.
3. Allow it to burn for 10-15 seconds while slowly turning so that sambuca gets on the glass sides.
4. Pour burning sambuca into rocks glass and put cognac glass on top of the rocks upside down.
5. Still holding the cognac glass upside down put it on a napkin.
6. Drink sambuca from the rocks glass, eat coffee beans and inhale from the cognac glass.
