Slippery slopes  You start doing something out of comfort then realize that oh shit that when waaaay further than it needed to.   Focus on yourself. Not how you want others to treat you. Because then you start treating them in spite of how you wanted to be treated.   We’re so worried about the next mans or women’s actions and letting ourselves go in the process   I thought you wanted better for yourself. Or is your soul focus to make those feel as you do. Hurt. Unwanted. Ignored. And just straight up disrespected.
