These days it seems like many tech companies are "getting to big for their britches."  Do people still say that?  Well, today I have a positive experience to share about the tech company Anker.  Great customer support, and confirmation that I will continue being a happy customer.

Sadly, other companies that I have liked over the years are starting to fail when it comes to customer support, honesty in marketing, and getting people to pay for something that is unfinished.
