Summer Picnic season is upon us and with it comes a huge amount of environmental waste with billions of single use utensils, food containers, plastic water bottles, napkins and disposable BBQs being used and thrown away. 

So this time, we're taking a closer look at the delicious foods and drinks we enjoy alfresco - but which could soon become as rare as hens teeth as the impacts of climate change ultimately threaten our food supply.
