First up, Mangotsfield United Chairman Mike Richardson on why Step 4 football isn't realistic in Tier 3 and the threats facing village clubs like his.

Gloucester City AFC Co-Chairman Alex Petheram this week not only announced a massive coup in new manager Paul Grovers who came with references from Harry Redknapp and Avram Grant, but also hopes his club is just days away from having fans in at New Meadow Park over a decade since they were last at a proper home game to cheer their team on. He talks about the 'project' and why they are happy but not getting over-excited about being top of the National North.

Woking's centre back Ben Gerring has been busy putting the non league network to fantastic use in recent days with his Non League Against Child Poverty campaign. Putting together Christmas cheer hampers for those in need this festive season, he's pulled upon the non league family to help dontate and also help distribute the gifts across the country. He explains his inspiration from Marcus Rashford and what he hopes to achieve from the campaign.
