We believe the Bible teaches that salvation – the forgiveness of sins – is only by grace through the blood of Jesus Christ. Because of our sin, we are separated from God. We have no way to get back into a right relationship with God on our own. Biblically, we learn that salvation only comes from Christ; because He was crucified and killed we can be reconciled (re-joined with) God. And, it is because He rose again that we can be justified (walk newly) with Him. While God does the work, we respond. In the New Testament, we see people responding in four ways: Belief, Repentance, Baptism and Confession.
