"I love this prompt. Amen to in spite of all that is going on and in spite of what we see and even sometimes our perception of what we see. Amen. "Just an amen to those counselors who come out of all sorts of situations to spend two months in the woods with a bunch of kids who might never have had these kinds of experiences before. And as counselors, you tuck them in at night in your own way. You give them sort of this huge canvas to paint on in terms of what's wild and crazy about. Summer camp is so different than being in your bedroom all year long, getting your homework done, being at dinner at the right time."
