A bit about Dr. Tarryn McCarthy: 
Drawn to positivity and empowerment of others and find enormous fulfillment in seeing the strengths and possibilities in the people and the world around me. I am a connection junkie and fill my bucket when I enjoy quality time with another soul.

In my twenties, I was drawn to dentistry and orthodontics for the artistry and the gift of service to others. In my thirties, I came to understand my passion for uplifting and empowering my patients by guiding them through finding their confidence by transforming their own smiles. I fell in love with empowering my team to support our patients in their journeys and to make a broader impact on our world by empowering others. In my forties, I have realized a mission to support other leaders to do the same.

A Little bit about Melissa Rose   

 In 2008, three weeks postpartum, Melissa started her business in her basement while her babies were in the pack and play.  With her passion, resilience and nose down, she created a business that has become "The Highlight of you Week" for her tribe, her team and her community. 

Now a visibility coach for brick and mortar businesses, Melissa guides other boss ladies to a flourishing brick and mortar that provides for their own tribe - creating a legacy for themselves, their family and their community.  

Melissa is a super mama of five kiddos, enjoys long hikes or playing in her garden.  At the end of the day you can find her snuggling up with a self development book with an ice cold beer.
