Not every teaching that sounds spiritual is rooted in truth. The enemy doesn't always show up with horns and pitchforks—sometimes, he dresses as an angel of light.

Paul calls us to test the spirits, to cling to the true gospel of Christ crucified and risen, and to resist the pull of personalities that point to themselves rather than the Savior.

So ask yourself Is the gospel I'm believing centered on Jesus—or something else?
