The finger pointing over the influx of migrants heading to the U.S.-Mexico border continues. On Tuesday, Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas released a statement addressing what he is calling a "difficult" situation and then blamed the prior administration for the current challenges.  Former Acting DHS Secretary and Heritage Foundation visiting fellow Chad Wolf defends the Trump Administration's border policies and explains why he believes the current situation is different than years past and is the fault of the Biden Administration.

A year ago, the world was locking down with strict restrictions and the fear of the coronavirus keeping many home. Last spring, airports were nearly empty.
