In a special episode of Rewind of the Living Dead, David Charbonier and Justin Powell —the writers and directors behind “The Boy Behind the Door” and “The Djinn” — join the show for a far reaching conversation about how they got involved in the film industry after growing up as lifelong friends since kindergarten. 

They’ll detail how a delay in making “The Boy Behind the Door” actually led them to creating “The Djinn” almost out of thin air, which ultimately because their first major film together. Charbonier and Powell will discuss making “The Boy Behind the Door” and what it was like working with a pair of super talented child actors along with the challenges that represents when making a very intense horror film. 

The pair will also reveal their dream horror project and tease what’s coming next for them after two very well received films in a row. All this and more in the latest episode of Rewind of the Living Dead.
