In the last hours of the heatwave - an extended, thundering deluge hit north London just hours after this run - Rob and Paul get back to the Walk and the Woods to catch up after a few weeks of travel - Paul to Canada and Seattle, Rob to Edinburgh, the Lakes - and Nottingham.

Featuring Paul speaking at a wedding, Rob forgetting his trainers, shonky knees, bears and chipmunks, lots of lager, unshakeable earworms and intractable hounds, when you need a why, the road to Yorkshire, gig-and-parkrun report, some small signs of Autumn, and trouble sleeping due to heat, neighbours and pigeons.
