In this episode, I go over the book "The Bulgarian Burst Training System, The Science of Superior Bodybuilding and Power Development". This book was written in 1990 by strength coach Leo Costa Jr. He took a trip over to Bulgaria in 1988 to see how the Bulgarian Weightlifting team trained and used that information to create a system for his own clients. Since his clients got amazing results, he decided to make the information public. This is a pretty interesting training method.
