Sometimes in order for you to get the life that you want, if requires you to go against the grain. You have to completely ignore the naysayers and just go after what you feel is best for YOU. Your efforts will always be rewarded one way or another. 

Today I'm speaking with Evenlyn LaVasseur as she breaks down her process of going from a teacher to a becoming a Fitness and Mindset Coach.

Evelyn’s Bio

Evelyn is a transformational speaker, #Moderation365 and hormonal fat loss nutrition coach, certified group and personal trainer, and has a specialization in behavior change. She also has a BA in Psychology and a Master’s in Education.

Evelyn is the owner of Evelyn LeVasseur Fitness, a company that focuses on helping busy, overwhelmed moms reach their body goals without dieting or deprivation.  She helps the whole woman, not just her outside. Together, Evelyn and her clients focus heavily on building legacies of generational health.

One thing that stuck out:

True health is spiritual, physical, and mental.  You have to transform the inside before you can transform the outside.

Evelyn, what’s one piece of advice you would want to give your sisters about your career and going against the grain?

Don’t just up and quit without a plan. Don’t make decisions based on “shoulds”. Don’t talk yourself out of following your gut.
