Anessa Powell is the Founder and CEO of AllAbility Recruiting, a disability recruitment firm specializing in connecting the disability community with meaningful employers that also offers organization-wide disability training and consulting. In addition, Anessa is a patient advocate and speaker who believes in fostering community over competition and showing compassion to those living with a disability (whether invisible or apparent). 

Anessa will resonate with listeners as a high achieving professional woman who had to pivot once her autoimmune symptoms presented. She used her frustrating diagnosis journey, experience of being dismissed in medical settings, and disappointment in disability recruitment services available to her in the past as fuel to help others in similar situations.
