"Fatigue makes cowards of us all".....   How disciplined are you? How much control do you have over yourself, your habits, and your routines?   How well do you follow through?   In this 3rd installment of the Control Series, I break down the importance of having insane levels of discipline, and how to build it systematically.   We find inspiration from models of discipline like Tupac, Malcolm X, Kobe Bryant and Arnold Schwarzenegger.
