But one name who continues to circle the Sun Devils' recruiting circles is Notre Dame Prep wide receiver Cooper Perry. The stud receiver is a consensus four-star recruit and the top overall recruit in Arizona. Countless links have been made between Perry and Arizona State University, and the young man's recent unofficial visit to the school this weekend only made the whispers louder.
