This week Grace & Alastair are joined by a woman who needs no introduction, but we will give her one.

Colonel Dame Kelly Holmes is a two time Olympic Gold Medal Winner and record holder for various middle distance lengths in the U.K. Holmes is now very active in the world of training and motivational speaking. This is a fascinating episode about persistence, being an athlete while your mental health is crumbling, and what it’s like being in the army while being a competitive athlete.

Produced by The Pink Protest with additional editing by Sarah Myles.
