Before we get to interviewing guests, I thought I should introduce myself and why I decided to start the All Rounders. 

I've watched team mates juggle multiple careers, but I never expected my choice of off field career to influence perceptions of my on field career. 

Since then,  I've realised this duality can exist, and does exist across so many athletes lives.
