Signature Cocktail: Reformation Bloody Mary After this drink, you may find yourself standing around. Your glass will be completely empty, and you will be completely happy. 4oz Bloody Mary Mix, composed of: 3 cups tomato juice 1 1/2oz lemon juice 1 1/2oz lime juice 1tbsp Worcestershire sauce 2tsp horseradish 1 1/2 tsp salt 1tsp celery salt 3/4tsp pepper 2tsp periperi sauce 2oz Dark Rum Dash of Periperi sauce Garnishes gherkins cherry tomatoes beef jerky olives lemon wedge celery salt Make Bloody Mary mix by combining ingredients in a jug and whisking, then refrigerate for 4 hours or overnight. Rub lemon wedge around the rim of glass, and dip in celery salt. Fill a rocks glass with ice. Pour in rum, then periperi sauce. Top up with Bloody Mary Mix.
