INTRODUCTION .
The subtitle of this book contains a very broad statement. Yes, you can literally get rid of all problems by searching and putting into practice spiritual solutions. In the first chapter I explain what I mean by the words "spiritual," "problems," and "solutions," so I won't need to do so in this brief introduction. The essential message of the book is contained in the following ten points:
1) Everything in our universe is nothing more than energy. That is, in essence, everything vibrates at a certain frequency.
2) The slower frequencies are stronger and that is where our problems appear.
3) Faster frequencies are less visible, such as light and thought.
4) The fastest frequencies are what I call "spirit."
5) When you go from the slowest and lowest frequencies to the higher and faster frequencies of the spirit, they cancel out and dissipate what we call problems.
6) You have the capacity and power to increase your energy and access the highest and fastest energies in order to eradicate any problem in your life.
7) To find spiritual solutions to the "problems" you are experiencing, you have to understand and practice some basic fundamentals and principles.
8) Once you understand these principles, you have to decide if you want to be in a high energy field or a low energy field.
