Development agencies use storytelling to communicate their work with the world. However, much of the storytelling by nonprofits and humanitarian organisations in Afrika is unethical and perpetuates harmful and stereotypical narratives about the continent.  

In this episode, I am joined by award winning documentary producer, director and ethical story finder, Brigitte Perenyi to unpack this and discuss what the future of nonprofit storytelling in Afrika should look like.
