Hero is an app which allows clients shopping online to connect with a sales associate in a nearby store to ask questions, see products through pictures or video calls, and ultimately close a sale. Beauty brands have also used Hero to organize consultations for their clients. Hero basically empowers retail staff by allowing them to close online sales and get rewarded for them.
