The GABACast, Episode 122: NEW YEAR, NEW US.

Hope everyone had a stupendous Christmas/Hannukah/New Year/whatever, and you didn’t have to endure watching the Belk Bowl or the National Championship game or basically anything football related for the past month. Sports are dumb. We love them, but they’re dumb.

We are so excited to be back from our long hiatus so you can continue to consume the content that you faithful fans have come to know, love, and expect from us on a regular basis. EXCEPT: this time we have to welcome a new member of the podcast crew. Shout-out to our new podcast editor and creative contributor [name redacted]. You know who you are and we hope y’all enjoy the fact that DC3 has been relieved of his editing duties.

On to the football, we do, in fact cover a bunch of football (spoiler we recorded before the Clemson Tigers sunk the Alabama Crimson Tide’s battleship), including our winners and losers from bowl season, our takes on the demoralizing loss to the Virginia Cavvalies (still like you, @BelkBowl), and our review of the football season overall. DC3 is skeptical, Alex is hopeful, and Sam thinks we might beat Alabama but still go 7-5.
