In 1973, a group of 5 teenagers was attacked and four of them killed in Iowa in a case dubbed The Gitchie Manitou Murders. Gitchie Manitou State Preserve in Northwestern Iowa was a place where kids would go to hang out and have fun. But, in 1973, Stewart Baade, Dana Baade, Roger Essem, Michael Hadrath, and Sandra Cheskey faced three brothers who were bent on destruction.

Join Mike and Morf as they discuss the Gitchie Manitou Murders. Brothers Allen, David, and James Freyer encountered the group on a November night. This encounter ended with the brothers shooting and killing Stewart, Dana, Roger, and Michael and abducting Sandra. Once they were captured, the brothers began pointing the finger at each other, each one trying to minimize their own involvement.
