Off the back of a conversation Graham Collins of QuotaPath and I had a few weeks ago; we discussed some of the fundamental factors that are changing the SaaS Sales, and more niche-ly the SaaS Sales Compensation world as we know it.

Sales Compensation has be influenced by a number of different accelerated variables over the last 2 years. Simply put, people are empowered with more opportunity and more data, put top-performing reps in a one of the best positions they've been in years.

As a company trying to hire these reps - it's important to be acutely aware of these trends, why they are happening, and position/adjust your roles and compensation plans accordingly if you want to attract the top 10% of tech sales talent on the market.
