He has over 25 years of pastoral experience. He received a B.S. from California State University, Fresno, M.Div. from The Master’s Seminary, and a Th.M. and Ph.D. from Whitefield Theological Seminary. He is the Managing Editor of the Journal of the Institute of Reformed Baptist Studies, author of The Family Tree of Reformed Biblical Theology, In Defense of the Decalogue, and The Lord’s Supper as a Means of Grace. He has contributed articles to various journals. He is a member of the Evangelical Theological Society. Rich has been married to Nan for 30 years. They have five children.
