In this episode, I have the pleasure of interviewing Philipe DellaMonica, the head instructor at Gracie Barra Jiu-Jitsu U.S. Headquarters in Irvine, CA.

Philipe manages and oversees Brazilian jiujitsu instruction for over 700 customers; one of the largest BJJ schools in the world.  He is also:

·     BJJ coach and cornerman for UFC champions TJ Dilliashaw and Rafael Dos Anjos

·     BJJ National champion 

·     BJJ European Champion 

·     BJJ World championship medalist 

·     BJJ Pan ams medalist 

·     BJJ Multiple times IBJJF international open champion. 

And seriously...one of the nicest guys you’ll ever meet.  I had the honor of discussing with Philipe his natural leadership style of being open, caring, friendly, and extremely personable and how this contributes to his success in life and in business.
