This topic is very aptly timed as we are coming upon Valentine's Day, which is in some ways a pretty annoying hallmark holiday, where you feel like either you need to buy a bunch of stuff or go out to dinner.
We want to give a different spin on this holiday and the idea of love. It all starts with self-love and you can give it to yourself. It's anchored inside you already.
We can tap into it and it doesn't matter if you have a partner or not this Valentine's day.
It's a really wonderful time to focus on elevating your own health and wellbeing and happiness by loving yourself more.
I think it's a series of steps and practices to get there. It's a lifelong journey. So let's get to it!
