It’s the 26 October 1997, Canberra Australia.  25-year-old Anu Singh call 000 emergency to report her 26-year-old boyfriend Joe Cinque in need of assistance.
By the time paramedics arrive, they can’t help Joe.
Police would later arrest Singh and charge her with murder.
