Climb in the cockpit for ride of extraction
This book had a great interest to me because my late father flew behind the lines although never in great danger. This is a story of one man, his plane, friends and family coming together to do what our government refused to do. All for the sake of politics our government refused to go behind the lines to save the crew of a shot down plane, which included the man's son.
Entertaining and creative yet realistic!
Wow! That was fun to read. Exciting book from the first chapter. It was difficult to set down. Author used a "souped up" WW II AC as a focal point. into the early 90's. Thanks!
The book has a good, credible plot with interesting characters
The author is quite knowledgeable about aviation. The book has a good, credible plot with interesting characters. He describes scenes very well. Being a woman, it's not my genre, but most men will love this book, especially those who are older and know about WWII.
This is one great book
If you are a pilot, a vet, a father or grandfather, you must tread this book. One of the best adventure Stories of all time. I can't wait to see the movie. If you liked iron eagle, you will love Spencer Anderson's the last raider.
