Incarcerated people released to the free world don't always succeed - some quickly relapse. If returning citizens want to succeed and bring honor to family members, then they need to make the effort. It will not be easy, but the reward far outweighs the challenging work. Not only should the system offer the resources for improvement, but the system should also lead people to the resources and include family members.
