Nate talks with Norwich alumna, Katie Gawronski. Katie is a 2020 grad who is now a member of the cross country and track and field programs at D1 Canisius College in Buffalo. Katie tells us about the transition to running in college as well as her favorite Norwich memories. She shares her experience of working with the Norwich YMCA Bolts track program and why the REK meet at NHS is so special to her.
