On this episode we were invited to another podcast for a conversation/interview.  Lorenzo Melchor is an awesome guy and an exceptional coach to kids in the Perrysburg, Ohio school system.  His podcast is called The Nerdball Podcast, and it's definitely worth a listen as he covers a variety of topics, as well interviewing interesting people from high school kids to travelling musicians.  It was a great conversation, it could've lasted longer, and it will continue when we have him on our podcast at a later date.  Enjoy.
