What was mostly expected Tuesday: the Big Ten and Pac-12 announcing they were pushing football to the spring. What wasn't? The Pac-12 also announcing it will not have any sports of any kind played before January. So 12 Pac-12 men's basketball programs just had more than 100 nonconference games taken out from underneath them. Truth is, the rest of the sport is probably going to follow suit, but those decisions aren't expected until September. Gary Parrish and Matt Norlander open this pod by discussing the Pac-12, and then they get to speculating and building out what college basketball and the NCAA needs to do in order to best ensure college hoops doesn't end up like college football (21:50). Parrish reveals his template for holding college basketball's regular season and NCAA Tournament in 2021, while Norlander reveals some of his details on a 2021 NCAA Tournament that would be hosted and played in one state and mostly one city: Indianapolis.
