This is book 3 of the series. I wish they would tell you that. I would have liked to have heard book the books in order, had I known

loved all

wished more in series. would like to have seen characters continue to grow and evolve thru the civil war and afterwards.

Storyline Excellent, Reader too slow

How did the narrator detract from the book?

The editing of the narration was poor. Pauses in narration were in very weird places.

Don't let the narration keep you from listening to this book. The storyline is good.

it was travel thru the south from a northern perspective light reading kept my attention
