Focus creates your reality. It is highly attractive. What you focus on, you create. If you are focused on all the good in your life, you attract more of that. If you are focused on the unwanted aspects of your life, you create more of that. Think of focus as your exploration. What are you choosing to explore; lack and limitation or freedom and abundance? One of the reasons we are here in physical reality is to practice the art of Focusing on that which is preferred.
