Today we are joined by Courtney Zanosky (our first Reflector on the show!) and we talk about getting present with life and finding the magic no matter where you're at. What a Reflector gift it is to cover these topics. We cover:
Connect with Courtney:
On Substack (free newsletter) - https://courtneyzanosky.substack.com/
On Instagram - https://www.instagram.com/courtkneezanosky/
Courtney Zanosky is a writer, somatic practitioner, textbook marketer, and professor that's passionate about creating inclusive spaces and bringing you into the here and now. Through stories, connecting with nature, tuning into your body, and finding magic in the mundane, she aims to help you feel more alive and awe-struck by your one precious life.
She has her MA in Nonfiction Writing from Johns Hopkins University and BA in English from Hofstra University, where she now teaches as an adjunct in their Publishing Studies program. She is the Biology Marketing Manager at W. W. Norton & Co. and is working on her first memoir.
Her Substack, lingerings, is a weekly newsletter and community that contains creative stories, reflections, and conversations. Once a month within Substack, she also runs a podcast section called Ordinary Lives that asks other humans to consider moments that have lingered with them.
