We will reflect on a timeless guiding rule from Sri Harold Klemp, founder of Eckankar:

“Is it true, is it necessary, is it kind?”

This simple three-fold test offers a powerful filter for our thoughts and words before we give them voice. In doing so, we answer the biblical call that “the one who loves God must also love their brother and sister” (1 John 4:21), understanding that loving speech is a fundamental expression of our faith.

Together, we will consider:

* How our words, like spiritual seeds, plant the future we will harvest.

* The difference between speaking from a consciousness of fear and speaking from a consciousness of faith.

* Practical ways to use our words to bless, heal, and uplift our bodies, our relationships, and our community.
