Today's episode is very explicit. There is extremely open talk about a number of things that we as women usually feel uncomfortable discussing, even with our closest friends. I talk about the fertility journey that my husband and I are on. I talk about masturbation. I talk about sex. I talk about orgasm.

My point in discussing these things so openly is to try to remove the stigma around some of these issues. If we talked more about fertility struggles, we could give and receive support more easily. If we talked more about our difficulties with orgasm or with sex we might come to realize that our concerns about ourselves are actually very common, and we might take comfort in connecting with others around it, as well as learn strategies for living a happier and healthier life.
