Someone asked me why I do "one more thing" every Friday, so today I want to share the story behind why I challenge myself to get that one last thing done every week.

Every day, I share a thought to help you start your day with a fresh perspective, and positive outlook on life. It's that simple really. I just love having the chance to share my story with the world, and help you appreciate your own.

I believe that sharing my life story with the world, and the lessons I have learned from these experiences, can help someone out there. That's why I do what I do.

Sometimes it's a random anecdote, sometimes it's a new idea, and sometimes it's just a good old fashioned pep talk. In my humble opinion, it's always time well spent.
