(#47) The reason you're a narcissist, yes you!

The truth is all of us have a little narcissist in us and as much as we love to label other people with this title it’s important to acknowledge where we are showing up and displaying narcissistic behaviors. When we show up in this world with a fixed mindset we become inflexible and a lot of the time that behavior can be unattractive and repel people around us. We disconnect from source energy, and move away from spirituality when we are acting with a fixed mindset. We can quit easily and often play the victim when we are in this mode. In this weeks podcast I talk about how we can shift towards a more flexible way of thinking and talk about how we can also see others with more love and understanding if we feel they may be a potential narcissist.
