Richie is joined by Nick Caturano. Disney has reached a deal with its unions to require all of its unionised employees working at Walt Disney World in Florida to be fully vaccinated against Covid-19 by October 22, 2021. The union did not ballot its members, many of whom do not want the jab, but don't want to lose their jobs either. Nick Caturano has been a Disney cast member for 16 years.
