Born in Bhubaneshwar, Odisha - he was inspired by Chandamama, which was a classic Indian monthly magazine for children, famous for mythological & magical stories. An established and respected radical contemporary painter he plays with mixed media to create and confirms his undying love for watercolors. Through his art, he makes a strong commentary on urbanization. Remaining indebted to his teachers and to nature for inspiration, this soft-spoken artist now hangs his artwork proudly at NMACC.
