The main cause of most neck pain is shortened neck, hip flexor and shoulder muscles. Poor posture is the result and puts the head in a forward position, causing neck muscles to have to contract to hold the head up.   Build up of toxins result and the person gets pain and headaches.  Long term compression on the vertebrae from tight muscles, breaks down the cervical and thoracic discs, causing bulging or herniated discs and degeneration to our spine.  Stretches are the key to get rid of your pain.  Elongate the tight muscles and restore joint mobility to get your posture back.
