Andrew (Andy) Caruso is the Executive Vice President of Sales for Pure Brazilian, a beauty brand focused on providing amazing honest results with clean, simple ingredients.
With over 20 years in the professional beauty industry, he’s grown from behind the chair to leading the charge across multiple channels: driving growth, innovation, and strategic expansion.
Today, he oversees three powerhouse brands: Anthony Skin and Alpha Skin in mass retail, and Pure Brazilian in professional wholesale distribution.
To him, each brand serves a unique purpose, but all share one mission: deliver high-performance products backed by education, integrity, and strong partnerships. Andrew specializes in building brands that resonate, whether on a retail shelf or in the backbar, by connecting deeply with both consumers and professionals.
