Do you feel like a confident person? Even if your answer is yes, most of us have major wobbles from time to time (I know I do!) And as a mum, there are so many times when confidence is needed - those early newborn days where you've got all of this new stuff to get your head around, going to baby groups on your own, being a newbie at the school gate and going back to work after maternity leave all take confidence, and we don't always have it. My guests on this episode - Phanella Mayall-Fine and Alice Olins - have some brilliant thoughts on the matter. Together they run Step Up Club, a great organisation that gives women career support and networking opportunities. Their book, Step Up, was published by Penguin in 2016 and they recently launched The Step Up School.
