I have been talking to a lot of local bands of late, and they have been mentioning the same band name that has inspired them in their musical journey, and that band is Nervecell. 

Nervecell has been trailblazing the metal music scene in Dubai for more than 20 years and have been touring around the world since then. The original member Barney shared how he started getting into the music, the early days of the band, and the novelty that metal music was in Dubai back in the day.
